  We worked with Sunita Tandon and Ross to sell and buy our house and experience was they phenomenal.    Sunita understands the Aurora / Naperville market inside and out and took plenty of time to take us around and educate us about the market, she quickly understood what we wanted and in our budget.  Sunita was very patient as we figured out what we really needed in our new home and took us around to see an obscene amount of houses and gave us a good sense of things to look for. Her patience is endless and she was always there whenever we needed her.   With Sunita’s help we were able to sell our home in 3 weeks from listing and found a beautiful home to move in. in future whenever we want to sell or buy, Sunita will get our first call to represent us. -- Vikram
