This is the first time I've written a review on Google for anyone or any business, but Viveka truly deserves it! We've known Viveka for over 9 years. She's helped us rent a house, buy our first home, sell that home, and recently purchase our current home. Throughout our most recent search, she pointed out things we hadn't considered, refined our criteria, and ultimately led us to our dream home. She also acted as our project manager during the sale of our previous home, which required remodeling. She connected us with contractors, and when some quotes exceeded our budget, she quickly found more affordable options. Viveka even selected paint colors and fixtures with broad buyer appeal and thanks to her guidance, we received an offer above asking just three days after listing!
