Hands down the best service EVER!!! In such a competitive market and with COVID restrictions Viveka was able to make miracles happen. From the first interactions we had with her it was abundantly clear she was on her A+++ game. I was new to the state and relocated for work and had so many uncertainties but she made sure my wife and I were taken care of. We were able to purchase a house a house within the first weeks of having her as our agent. I would recommend her services to anyone and if and when we sell there will be no other . She's definitely earned by future business and those of my family. If I could give her more than 10000000 stars I would.

I've moved many many times over the years and bought/sold a lot of house. Ross/Tandon team was without a doubt the best EVER!! I'm beyond impressed...I'm blown away! Sold my house in 3 weeks, knew exactly what I wanted for a new house because they listened so we found a home right away. Outstanding. Love them both!

In May our family began to look for a new place to rent. One of the places that we were very excited to see was shown to us by Vivika. It turned out that the listing had a fatal flaw. It said that cats were allowed but it should have said that they were NOT allowed. We were heartbroken. That's when Vivika came to our rescue. She sent us listings in our area that allowed cats... We found a town home that we fell in love with and Viveka contacted the property manager, got us the application and stood by us through the whole process. She remained our go-to person. She is patient and truly cares about her clients and their needs. We could not have success with out her guidance. Vivika was kind enough to be there at our walk thru and document the things needing attention. I honestly can't praise her enough. What may seem like a simple process for most was difficult for us. Vivika was there as a friend who listened to me. (actually READ my many panicky texts). Highly recommend her for your new home needs. She'll work hard for you until you find the home of your dreams.
